Its the time of the year again that people make wishes equipped with high hopes in our hearts. The joyful season of Christmas is indeed coming!!!
So here we are having a sort of Christmas Wishlist that's worth the share.
NO. 5 on our list is the GIFT CHECK FROM NATIONAL BOOKSTORE!

Having a gift certificate from National Bookstore is such a momentous event for us because books are our boyfriends!!! the idea also of having the freedom to peak the items that you want out of the huge pile of books, magazines and school/office supply there is an amazing one. We love National Bookstore because of the variety and also the fact that it has been far most the leading bookstore in the country. Wouldn't be nice to treat your Christmas break with lots of books?!!! We'll bet the Twilight Book Set or the Game of Thrones one will be a sure hit.
NO. 4 IS A MOVIE MARATHON AT MMFF ENTRIES!!!
Filipino pride goes 100% during Christmas season not just because we are the only nation who celebrates Christmas the longest but also because during December 25 the Philippine Cinema is alive. The Metro Manila Film Festival is done every December 25 and last until first week of January 2012. This also serves as a family bonding or for extroverts like us, a barkada hang out. Finalists for the said film fest are Enteng ng Ina Mo ,My House Husband, Panday 2, Segunda Mano, Shake, Rattle and Roll 13 and Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. We are eyeing for Enteng ng Ina Mo because it seems a full blast movie and a sure box office hit. Having two of Philippine's best comedy stars, Vic Sotto and Ai Ai Delas Alas, watching this movie with family or friends sure is worth it. |
NO.3 ON OUT LIST IS THE UNDYING “World Peace”
Nowadays, we became too familiar with this topic that at some point we disregard the will of wanting it to happen. The News tells about a war at this country, a bombing at that state, a rebellious group plotting an assault against the U.S., a kidnapping incident caused by terrorist, and other stories that pertains to disorder, rivalry, inequality, racial discrimination, questionable “Fairness of the Government”, violation of human rights and the loss of lives, accused, acquitted and the innocent alike. It’s like watching an action movie themed “War” which has explosions, killings, violation of the laws, military and terrorist groups assaulting each other, dead people on the streets, men, women and even children. If we all want peace, we should not use violence nor anything harmful or anything that would cause trouble or mishap to each and every one of us. We should value our lives, our rights, obey the law, imply fairness and equality, never mind racial differences, civil status, work, origin, beliefs, instead, we should all love and understand one another. If we could only realize that by waging war because we are aggravated or disgraced by those whom we see as enemies, we are adding up the damage instead of fixing things. If we could only accept our differences, our religious beliefs, customs and tradition, have unity, then, that’s the time when we will experience peace. So until that time comes, World Peace shall remain a wish from everyone of us…

not exactly a love life or having a relationship with a commitment to someone. As we all know, having someone this Christmas is something that’s fulfilling and brings joy to our hearts. Going to the mall, shopping together, holding hands while walking, spending quality time just by having each other in a nice and quiet place. Just by the thought of having someone special on your side makes us smile, lifts loneliness and the feeling of being alone. Spending Christmas season alone is not that lonely anyways, but, having your special someone along is a very different story. We don't wanna be member of Samahan ng Malalamig ang Pasko forever!!!!
Well then our Christmas Wishlist is done hopefully things listed here will do come true. But first we should be thankful to the blessing we have received the whole year round and continue the goodness we supply to others.
