Raise Your Eyebrow & Banchetto.

Hello everyone. Welcome to our blog. This site will serve as our regular chronicle in gratifying our onus in a certain subject. This may not be the best blog but we assure you that everything you will see here will be purely from our cores, from layouts to entries or even pictures.  Not downloaded, not copied.  Assume to be reading lifestyle updates here. We will be featuring cheap finds, thrift stores, gadgets, events, dines, explorations, products and the like. So guys, we are so welcome for some sponsorship (LOL).

Kidding aside, months ago, some of my blockmates and I went to this place called Banchetto. We were supposed to go to the one that is located in Meralco Ave.,  Ortigas but it was too late for me because I’m residing in Alabang, so we went to the one near Robinsons Pioneer instead.  From Edsa, you will see a smoke in a certain spot at the back of Robinson’s Pioneer.  Man, it was intense! There was overloading food everywhere. You will see variations of food. From pestos to kebabs and chapchaes! It was really mouthwatering. Too bad, I wasn’t able to take pictures of everything, just a few.

Banchetto came from an Italian word “feast”.

stroganoff
beef

I purchased the roasted beef in this picture together with mashed potato. The beef was kinda dry but it blends well with the gravy.

sushi

No you can’t have a roll of maki’s for 75 pesos! It’s just their tease! Hahaha! Marketing strategy at its finest.

Hmmm.. Not now, okay?

brownies

Brownies. Wallnut brownies. Raisined brownies.

storm cake

Choco Lava. 650 each.

cakes

This is where I spent my money. I bought a lot of cakes. Red Velvet. Pistachio cake. Wallnut Cake. Pavlova and Dark Chocolate Cake. Well, actually the only reason why I really wanted to go here is because of their Red Velvet, which apparently frustrates me. That wasn’t what I’ve expected.
I also purchased Chapchae and Bulgogi. Those were the best dishes of the night!

Overall, the experience was okay, but I bet the one in Emerald is bigger. Also, if you able to come here you will lose appetite, seriously, I guess it’s because of overloading food that you don’t know where to go and what to buy anymore.
